Workout of the Day:
Grab a deck of cards (if you don’t have one, the dollar store sells them cheap). Set a timer for 15 minutes, it will be a 15-minute AMRAP. Grab a card, and complete the number of the designated movement on that card. Then grab another, until the 15 minutes is up!
Hearts > Air squats
Diamonds > Box Jumps
Clubs > Sit-ups
Spades > Push-ups
Joker > 15 Burpees
(Reps – Jack = 11; Queen = 12; King = 13 reps; Ace = 14)
