We absolutely love this video and workout that CrossFit Mayhem put out this week. It’s a workout of:

15-12-9 Cal Assault bike,
9-6-3 Bar muscle ups
3-2-1 Ollie over 20″ box

It’s so cool to see sport-specific skills like this incorporated into a workout setting.

Workout of the Day:

Tabata Airdyne

20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds.

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Weighted Strict Pullup

Find 1 RM weighted pullup.
